Cabin Amenities and Rates

There is a two night minimum for all Robinwood cottages and check in is at 4:00 PM the day of your reservation and check out is at 11:00 AM the morning of your departure. Please check our availability calendar just before your visit to see if an early check-in is possible. If your cottage was rented the day before your arrival, we are unable to accommodate an early check-in.

All cabins have a cleaning charge ($75 to $30), State Tax (7%), and local Innkeeper Tax (5%) added to the base price of the reservation.

All indoor cabin areas as well as outdoor areas, including the greenhouse, screened porches, decks, hot tubs and common areas are non-smoking.

Robinwood Inn has two pet-friendly cottages: Folktale Cabin (Maybelle's)  and The Studio.  Pets are an additional one time $75.00 charge. Please review our pet policies before booking. If you show up with a dog and have not paid the $75.00 pet fee, we will add this fee to your credit card. Please notify innkeepers of any last minute changes to your reservation. 

Weekend prices for Treetop, The Studio, and Greenhouse Flat, include breakfast at Robinwood Inn's Bird's Nest Cafe in downtown Nashville. Folktale Cabin (Maybelle's) does not include weekend breakfast.  Each registered guest can choose from one of our delicious creations and our locally brewed coffee. This excludes any of our espresso drinks or alcohol libations.
